USE OF OUR BOOKING SERVICE
Our booking service is provided to help you check availability, make legitimate reservations, and complete related transactions. You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter into contracts, and ensure all information you provide is accurate. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including by minors in your household, and for ensuring sufficient funds are available on any payment method used.
Speculative, false, or fraudulent bookings are strictly prohibited. Our separate Booking Conditions apply to all reservations and must be followed, along with any additional rules or restrictions highlighted at the time of booking.
We are not responsible for third-party services (such as transport or other non-accommodation products), even if accessed through our website or app. You are responsible for all related fees, taxes, and charges.
If you make impossible or incompatible bookings (for example, two stays or journeys at the same time), you accept full responsibility, and we will not issue refunds or correct such errors.
DISCLAIMERS
Our Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that they will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. Content may contain errors or be updated without notice. You expressly agree that use of our services is at your sole risk.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Services. Our liability for direct losses is limited to the value of the relevant transaction. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or other rights that cannot be excluded by law.
Our liability / any liability of any of our group companies for any direct loss resulting out of the use of our Services, is capped to the value of a maximum of the total value of the transaction under which the claim arises for any one event or series of connected events.
This clause does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify us and our group companies against any losses or claims (including associated costs) arising from your breach of these Terms.
THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS
These Terms also protect our affiliates, group companies, partners, suppliers, and licensors, who may enforce them directly.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark (or the relevant jurisdiction where required). Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that country. If any provision herein is deemed unlawful, void or unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and us. Any rights not expressly granted remain reserved.
