Prize Draw - win £1000 off your James Villas break
1. The Promoter
The Promoter is AWAZE Awaze A/S, Virumgårdvej 27, DK-2830 Virum, Denmark CVR: 17484575 (the "Promoter").
2. The Prize Draw
By participating in the prize draw (the "Draw"), entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
The Draw is a free prize draw and no purchase is necessary to enter.
The Draw is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
3. Eligibility
The Draw is open to all residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except for employees of the Promoter, their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with administration of the Draw.
Only one entry per person is permitted.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.
4. How to Enter
The Draw will run from Monday 15th December at Noon (the "Opening Date") to Monday 2nd February at 5pm (GMT) (the "Closing Date") inclusive.
All entries must be received by the Promoter by the Closing Date. Entries received after the Closing Date will be automatically disqualified.
To enter the Draw, eligible participants must complete the following action: "Sign up to our email subscription list at JamesVillas.co.uk", "completing your first name and surname and email address to receive our regular newsletter sign up at https://www.jamesvillas.co.uk/.
The Promoter does not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, misdirected, or delayed, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any technical failure or malfunction.
5. The Prize
The prize is a £1000 (One Thousand Pounds Sterling) discount to be applied to the booking of any villa holiday offered directly by the Promoter (the "Prize").
The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is offered.
The £1000 discount must be used against a single booking. Any remaining value of the discount after the booking is applied will be forfeited.
The minimum value of the holiday booking to which the discount can be applied is £2,000
The booking must be made by the winner in 2026 and the villa stay must take place before 31st December 2026. The winner will be notified and their name and home town will be made known to other prize draw entrants. Standard booking Terms and Conditions of the Promoter apply to the holiday booking.
6. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random by computer process from all eligible entries received.
The draw will take place within 7 days of the Closing Date.
The result of the random draw is final, and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
7. Notification of Winner
The Promoter will notify the winner by email and request they make a telephone call to our call centre within 28 days of the draw date.
The winner must respond to the call and provide a full postal address and any necessary verification information within 28 days of the date of the notification.
If the winner fails to respond within the required time frame, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner in accordance with the process described in clause 6.
8. Data Protection and Publicity
The Promoter will only process personal information as set out in its Privacy notice
The winner agrees to the Promoter announcing their surname and county of residence on its website and social media channels within a reasonable period of the Closing Date.
If the winner objects to any requested publicity, they must inform the Promoter when accepting the Prize. In such cases, the Promoter must still provide the winner's surname and county to the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) upon request, in line with regulatory requirements.
9. General
The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize, except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors. Your statutory rights are not affected.
2026 low deposit offer
For bookings made from 1 January 2026 (which begin in 2026), the following low deposit offer applies:
The first instalment (also called the low down payment) of £99 shall be due immediately after the booking has been made.
The second instalment, which together with the first instalment amounts to the remaining 25% of the rental amount, must be received by us no later than 8 weeks after the booking has been made.
The third instalment, which amounts to the remaining 75% of the rental amount, shall be due and must be received by us no later than 42 days before the start of the rental period.
The exact amounts of each instalment will be stated to you before you make the booking, and will appear on the rental agreement.
The low deposit offer applies exclusively to bookings made online on our website or via our app and is only available when payment is made using a credit card or Apple Pay.
The offer does not apply to bookings made through third parties / travel agents.
Please note that any applicable discounts will not be deducted from the low deposit amount.
This offer is only available for bookings with a value over £396 (or local currency equivalent).
This offer is subject to a minimum booking threshold: if the standard 25% deposit for a given holiday is lower than the specified low down payment amount, the standard 25% deposit will apply instead.
If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a nonrefundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for the difference between the first instalment and the second instalment, as well as any applicable booking fee and any cancellation charges which may apply (as set out in the Rental Terms). For the avoidance of doubt, you will forfeit any insurance premiums (if applicable).

Book between 22nd December 2025 – 2nd February 2026 and get a discount on selected stays with arrival between 1st January 2026 – 31st December 2026. The discount is based on prices as of 18th December 2025.

The from prices of holiday homes vary depending on several factors, including the location of the property, travel dates, duration and availability. A representative number of available holiday homes are offered at the promoted from price, while others may have a higher or lower price. The exact price for a specific booking will be displayed once the desired travel dates are entered on the individual holiday home's product page. All prices are subject to change depending on demand and season.
