£100 voucher - James Villas launch offer
Join our mailing list to receive a £100 voucher code, to spend on a James Villas holiday with a value of £1000 or more. Code is valid on all bookings with an arrival date commencing before 31/12/2026. This offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
2026 low deposit offer
For bookings made from 1 January 2026 (which begin in 2026), the following low deposit offer applies:
The first instalment (also called the low down payment) of £99 shall be due immediately after the booking has been made.
The second instalment, which together with the first instalment amounts to the remaining 25% of the rental amount, must be received by us no later than 8 weeks after the booking has been made.
The third instalment, which amounts to the remaining 75% of the rental amount, shall be due and must be received by us no later than 42 days before the start of the rental period.
The exact amounts of each instalment will be stated to you before you make the booking, and will appear on the rental agreement.
The low deposit offer applies exclusively to bookings made online on our website or via our app and is only available when payment is made using a credit card or Apple Pay.
The offer does not apply to bookings made through third parties / travel agents.
Please note that any applicable discounts will not be deducted from the low deposit amount.
This offer is only available for bookings with a value over £396 (or local currency equivalent).
This offer is subject to a minimum booking threshold: if the standard 25% deposit for a given holiday is lower than the specified low down payment amount, the standard 25% deposit will apply instead.
If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for the difference between the first instalment and the second instalment, as well as any applicable booking fee and any cancellation charges which may apply (as set out in the Rental Terms). For the avoidance of doubt, you will forfeit any insurance premiums (if applicable).

A representative number of available holiday rentals are offered at the stated from price, while others may have a higher or lower price. The exact price for a specific booking is displayed once the desired travel dates have been entered on the individual holiday home page. All prices are subject to change depending on demand and season.
