The modern Villa Vlahov II, with its stylish, light-filled interior, is a real feast for the eyes. The villa is just 200 metres from the beach and can accommodate up to six people. On the ground floor, there is a comfortable bedroom with direct access to the pool, as well as a bathroom and a spacious open-plan living/dining area featuring a fully equipped kitchen and colourful works of art. The living area also offers direct access to the outdoor space, with the private pool as its centrepiece. The lounge area is perfect for relaxing with a cool drink, whilst the sun loungers are ideal for soaking up some vitamin D.
The other two spacious bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and a balcony, are situated on the first floor. The balconies offer a great opportunity to enjoy the views of the surrounding area and the pool area.
All bedrooms and the living area are air-conditioned, and there are two parking spaces available in the shared car park for all four Vlahov villas.
Villa Vlahov II is a semi-detached property; the other half is Villa Vlahov I, which has 4 bedrooms.
Villa Vlahov II is situated in Srima, a small village near Vodice. The town of Vodice is located in the Šibenik-Knin County, in the ‘centre’ of the Croatian coast. Vodice is a popular tourist destination, renowned as a lively coastal town with many beautiful beaches and a host of events taking place during the summer months, such as concerts, festivals and folk tradition events. There are also cultural attractions to discover – churches dating from the 16th and 18th centuries, the fortified ‘Coric Tower’ and the Faust Vrancic Memorial Centre, dedicated to the famous inventor of the parachute and an important figure in Croatian history. For those looking to enjoy an active holiday, this area offers the chance to try out various water sports, including diving, kayaking and windsurfing. There are also numerous cycling and walking trails in the area. Vodice’s location is also ideal for exploring the surrounding area. The historic town of Šibenik is just a short drive away. Vodice is only about 60 kilometres from Zadar to the north and Trogir to the south. Another advantage of Vodice is its proximity to Krka National Park, Kornati National Park and Vrana Lake Nature Park (Vransko Jezero). Be sure to visit at least one of the nearby islands: Murter, Prvić or Zlarin.
