The highlight of the outdoor area is the private heated swimming pool, measuring 10 x 3 metres, which is fitted with an alarm system for safety. Sun loungers and deckchairs offer relaxation amidst breathtaking views. The house is situated in the heart of the village of Empurany, in the historic quarter, and boasts unobstructed views. There is a grocery shop with a bakery, a bar/tobacconist/post office, a restaurant, bocce courts, a town park, a climbing wall, and swimming in the River Le Doux below the village. Further shops can be found 8 km away. Sporting activities: tennis courts, mini-golf, swimming pool, restaurants, boules court, cycle path. Tourist activities: Le Mastrou, a small vintage train, Tourno, Boucieu-le-Roi, Lamastre. Places of interest in the surrounding area: Lake Devesset, 1 hour away: windsurfing, sailing, boats, pedalos, mini-golf, tennis… Chambon-sur-Lignon, 1 hour away: 18-hole golf course.
