We are looking for a highly organised, well motivated person who has a passion for Travel that can join our Product & Contracts Department to assist with the day to day running of this exciting department, providing support to the team.
The department is ultimately responsible for expanding the company’s growth by researching and contracting new and existing destinations.
This individual is required to be highly accurate in data entry as they will be processing and sending villa letting agreements to our owners and overseas suppliers, updating our own in house villa and supplier databases, dealing with new and current villa owners, helping research new potential destinations and resorts so we can continue to expand the company, amongst various other general administrative duties. The individual should also be prepared to travel along with other team members to our overseas destinations and assist with the contracting of new and existing product.
The ideal candidate should have an excellent attention to detail and accuracy, along with an understanding of Travel and have preferably worked in the Travel Industry with at least one (or two) year’s administrative experience, or have the relevant studies within Travel & Tourism.
