With over 2,800 villas across 50 destinations we have a portfolio of properties that cater for every taste and budget. But just like our villas, we understand that our customers have varying requirements and may be looking for very specific necessities on a holiday with us. Which is why we have given each of our properties a rating to help you find the perfect villa for you and your travelling party.

Accessible Villas

We have three properties that are listed as "Fully Accessible". This means that guests who require the use of a wheelchair or mobility scooter can travel around the property unaided and unobstructed by the use of steps. Properties also come with easy access to bathrooms and contain an accessible bath/shower that has been specially adapted for wheelchair use.

    Finding your perfect villa holiday

    Finding your perfect villa holiday should be as easy as possible for all of our guests.
    Along with our three properties which are fully accessible, a number of our accommodation options have varying levels of accessibility that may suit your travelling party. We do offer villas with no step access and properties which are step free inside. Also, we think it is important you know if the villa access is via a steep incline, or if swimming pool entry is via steps.

    When searching for your villa holiday, you can identify the accessibility of the property through our icons. This will help with judging the suitability of each villa. We can also assist you with

    • No step access to the villa

      External access to some of our villas will not involve using any steps. Identify which properties don’t have step access when you see this symbol.

    • Inside the villa is step free

      When you see this icon it means there are no steps inside the property.

    • Step access to the pool

      Many of our villa's swimming pools will be accessible via steps, identifiable when you see this icon.

    • Steep incline to resort

      Access to resorts with steep inclines may be difficult for some guests. This icon shows on resorts where the approach to the property is notably more difficult.

    Passenger Assistance

    If you have arranged your flights through James Villa Holidays and if anyone in your party is disabled or has difficulty in walking more than 500 metres, we can help you to book free airport assistance.

    You can also receive assistance when you fly, available to anyone with mobility problems. To take full advantage of the service you need to pre-book 48 hours in advance of your flight. See our frequently asked questions for more information on organising assistance at the airport and on board.
