Port Ferdinand has a brilliant state-of-the-art golf simulator on-site, perfect for beginners, or intermediate players who are looking to improve their skills. Choose from the world’s most legendary golf courses, and then play 9 or 18 holes. With this fantastic technology you will be able to enjoy and improve your game like never before! Equipment and tuition are both available on request at the resort.
Port Ferdinand is positioned close to three of the island’s best world-class golf courses: Apes Hill, Sandy Lane and Royal Westmoreland. Please contact the Port Ferdinand concierge in resort to handle the scheduling, as they have preferred access to tee times so that Port Ferdinand guests can play these exclusive courses.
Port Ferdinand boasts a fully equipped fitness centre. This state of the art, air conditioned gym overlooks the marina offering gorgeous views. Cardio-vascular equipment, weight machines and free weights are also offered to serve your fitness needs.

Learn to Sail is a sailing camp for children, taking place at Port Ferdinand Beach on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Two qualified instructors will be on hand with additional teaching tools. Children must be aged 6 and over and able to swim in order to participate. Particular attention is paid to the safety equipment provided, including life vests and a safety boat.

Port Ferdinand offer a daily children’s activity programme, providing safe spaces for younger guests, allowing them to experience fun and learning during their holiday to Barbados.
Although the resort has children’s facilities and they are welcome at the resort, please note that it is not considered suitable for families with very young children as the marina is not roped off.
Children aged 4 and under must be supervised by a parent/guardian.

Sessions run between 9am - 12noon and 2pm - 5pm, Monday - Sunday.
Children can spend a day at the pool or on the beach, making new friends or learning new skills, all under the supervision of the certified and experienced Fun Team! A lovely, large, communal swimming pool is situated at Pool Island in the heart of the Marina. Guests can enjoy food or drink at the Pool Island Bar, sunbathe on the stunning pool deck or have a leisurely swim in the pool.

13°/59° is the fantastic restaurant and bar situated in the resort, offering a variety of international and Barbadian dishes. It is named after the longitude and latitude of Barbados and is currently run by an executive head chef, formerly of Michelin starred restaurant ‘Chapter One’ in Dublin. The menus use the natural ingredients of the four corners of Barbados and its surrounding ocean, in a contemporary and innovative style, backed by an exceptional wine list.
Centrally located in the centre of the marina, this pool bar offers a full cocktail and lunch service.
Boasting amazing views of the marina and gorgeous suites at Port Ferdinand, The Quarterdeck is open daily from 10am to 7pm. Enjoy tasty bites, light lunches, premium cocktails and refreshing beverages, all served with island-style as you sunbathe, swim or soak in the beautiful scenery.
This charming, Bajan-style rum shop is located on the beach at Port Ferdinand, providing bar and snack service daily from 10am to 6pm.
Six Men's Beach is within walking distance of the Port Ferdinand Resort and drinks can be served to the sunloungers from the Port Ferdinand bar. There are plenty of watersports available on the beach.
From the pool island, you can take a water taxi to Six Men's Beach and take advantage of the food and drink service once you are there. The water taxi is also available to transport guests to the sister resort of Saint Peter's Bay, where you can use the facilities available on-site.
