Isle of Wight Family with eldest child
We had a wonderful week at Villa Vivienne and would most definitely go back. It had pretty much everything you could wish for. In the villa description it mentioned there were fans available (also coin-operated air-conditioning). We weren't so fussed about the air-con but there were a few nights when I would have loved to have got my hands on a fan! I believe next year there will be 'inclusive' air-con anyway. The villa has been so obviously well-cared for that it just made you want to care for it yourself. It was really well situated close to shops and restaurants as well as the beach and yet was a peaceful spot. One tiny criticism - the fridge wasn't terribly cold and milk went off overnight, however this is a relatively small thing and didn't spoil our overall impression of the villa. The children (17, 15, 12) loved the pool and we would all definitely recommend a visit.

Clean and tidy with excellent fixtures and fittings. Good location for beaches and local amenities which makes it suitable for parents and teenagers.

Villa situated in perfect location - close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Lovely pool and outdoor area. Well appointed villa with three good sized bedrooms- decor high standard. Very clean. Cool indoors so we didn't use the A.C.

Villa Vivienne is a beautiful and spacious villa and we would not hesitate to stay again. The decor was modern but homely too, it had everything that was needed in the kitchen even though we ate out most nights. Plenty of choice of seating areas both in and outside the villa and the pool was excellent especially as we had a very hot week! The location of the villa could not be better very quiet but with the restaurants, shops etc five minutes walk away. We were a bit concerned about dogs mentioned next door in some other reviews but they really didn't bother us and we could only see them when we were on our balcony and heard them bark on an odd occasion but it would definitely not put us off booking the villa again

An amazing villa and would definitely stay here again. A 5min (if that) walk from the strip and spar. The beds were very comfortable and for me that's one of the most important things for a villa. The gazebo outside was a fantastic place to sit if the the sun got a bit too much as was the balcony leading off the living room. The satellite tv was an added bonus! The only small issue we had was the swimming pool being a little too deep for my mother as she isn't too confident in the water. After reading a previous review we was a little worried about how secure the villa would be but after our stay I had no worries. Also the dogs next door are nothing to worry about as they do not bark constantly and are very friendly actually, as are the owners. We had an early morning flight and was worried about what we would do until 4pm... we needn't have worried as we were allowed in at 1pm... very grateful. The cleaners were lovely and friendly. Didn't have a villa rep visit but didn't really need one as everyone is extremely friendly in Puerto del carmen. I would definitely recommend this villa to family/friends.

Absolutely lovely villa. We had an early flight and arrived at the villa at 11.30. The cleaners were lovely and let us put our cases in and we were in the villa by 12.30. Very clean and great selection on the tv for everybody. Swimming pool was lovely as was the outside sitting area in the gazebo. Pool was warm never freezing. Only thing I'd say pool maybe safer with a little hand rail. Walking distance to everything you need. Will definitely be staying there again

Morpeth Family (with only pre-school children)
A fantastic Villa in an excellent location. Sleeps six people in fantastic comfort and has ample living space. All fixtures and fittings are of a top quality and beds really comfortable. Most rooms have air conditioning units which are very quiet and a necessity at night.
Upon our arrival we were kindly aloud in to the Villa by cleaning staff four hours early, meaning we didn't have to wander resort with large suitcases and children for hours. The staff were excellent, friendly on both occasions when we met.
The only very slight downside would be living nextdoor to two large dogs. One would jump up at the dividing wall and snap at us whilst the other barked aggressively. Luckily the dogs were not left outside all day/night but they have potential to be rather disruptive and dangerous.
All in all Vila Vivienne was fantastic and definitely somewhere we'd return to should we visit Lanzarote in future.

We stayed at villa Vivienne for 1 week 16th-23rd March 2017. We had a fabulous week at this villa. The decor, cleanliness, furnishings, pool etc. were all excellent. Close to all the amenities in Puerto Del Carmen. Everything went like clockwork. Only one thing was James villas gave us the wrong code for the wi-fi. We found the correct code on reading the information booklet in the villa. Would return to this villa again without a doubt.

The villa was lovely and everything was perfect apart from the pool. The pool had no handrail and if you are elderly or unsure on your feet it was very hard to get into. I did not use the pool as I was scared I would fall

The villa was brilliant, the only downside was the dogs next door barking at various times through the day and a couple of times at night.
