The Archaelogical Museum houses an vast array of pieces that belonged to the island's ancient inhabitants, from Prehistory to the Islamic Middle Ages. You can also visit the Museum of Contemporary Art and the Puget Museum in Dalt Vila.

The 20th century Monumento a los Corsarios reminds us of the pirates who once defended the island of Ibiza from the sea. Ibiza town is surrounded by The Murallas (city walls), with eight bastions to defend the city.
Ibiza Rocksnational event
17 weeks of dance starting with the opening party on 5th june to kick off the Ibiza club season. Held in the courtyard of the Ibiza Rocks hotel, Ibiza town, there are numerous acts and deejays performing every Wednesday night.
There is an entry fee for the events, usually around €30 pp.
