Developed in the seventies and often described as a self-contained mini-resort, Cala Llonga is one of the most popular places in Ibiza for families, holidaying in the Balearic sunshine. Located on the East coast of the island just 20 minutes from the airport, this beautiful wide sandy bay is secretly tucked away behind a hillside of green pine, known to have once been a hideaway for smugglers. The resort has everything you need, cafes, bars, mini-markets, a pharmacy and souvenir shops, all contained and usually reachable on foot. The sandy bay is the resorts crowning glory, one of the largest beaches in Ibiza lined with all different types of restaurants and beach shops.View villas in Cala Llonga
