It has a rich scattering of fascinating historic sites, such as the Castle of Ibiza and Iglesia de Sant Rafel de sa Creu in Ibiza town, there are also peaceful and family-friendly resorts such as Santa Eulalia and San Antonio Bay, with some of the finest beaches in the Balearics.
Menorca is perhaps the most laidback and peaceful of the Balearic Islands. It has a tranquil, easy going atmosphere that many holidaymakers escape to year after year. Enjoy a low-key holiday with pretty beaches, a variety of restaurants and plenty of interesting places to visit, such as Mahon Port, the historic fort of La Mola and Ciutadella Cathedral.

If you’re holidaying on the island of Mallorca, be sure to check out the medieval chapels, Puig de Pollenca and the Palma La Seu Cathedral. Puig de Pollenca may be smaller than Palma La Seu, but it is full of charm, all the while offering visitors breathtaking views of the island below. If you’re looking for something a little more extravagant, then make your way over to Palma La Seu, a magnificent example of medieval architecture that is surrounded by a stunning blue pond and swaying palm trees.
One of Ibiza’s cultural highlights is Ibiza Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage site with pretty views, fascinating museums and culturally significant sites, such as the statue of General Joaquín Vara del Rey y Rubio, a celebrated Spanish war hero.
