London Family (the eldest child is at school)
We had a lovely week at Villa Isabella. It was very comfortable and an easy place to relax. The resort offered lots of amenities within walking distance. The beach was only a short drive and we visited several different locations which were all enjoyable. We would recommend this villa.

We loved the villa location being on a golf resort as this meant we could access the facilities at the main hotel. Loved there was so many restaurants to choose from. Although the villa slept 7 comfortably, the living space could have been bigger. Would definitely recommend and go again.

Nice apartment, very clean. Only criticism is apartment wasn't cleaned despite being advertised as 'cleaned regularly'.

Really nice villa in a great resort. Well looked after resort, good facilities and friendly staff.
Linen was changed mid week and pool was cleaned too. Pool was lovely and the kids loved it. A few loose tiles around the pool but nothing major. All in all very well kept and very welcoming.

Villa Rosale

Northwood Family (with only pre-school children)
The villa was situated on a nice complex, but there was nothing around it to do. Supermarket was a long walk and the hotel on the complex didn’t offer much in the way of entertainment for us or our child. So apart from the pool at the villa, there was very little else do to.
The villa itself needed a good clean and quite a few things were broken, like light fittings, tables and chairs. Even the toaster wasn’t working. The pool had very few sun loungers to sit on and was very crowded so it was difficult to settle anywhere especially with a toddler.
The beach and town weren’t easily accessible either and it was a shame there didn’t seem to be much to do outside the complex either.
A relaxing holiday, but we won’t be back as there was hardly anything there to do and the place needed a good upgrade.

Hornsea Family (the eldest child is at school)
I reported it to reception at check out that the light to the side of our bed was hanging off, the bath waste was blocked so when you ran the sink tap all the contents of the bath waste came up and started to fill the bath. The safe didn’t work. All these problems should’ve been picked up be resort staff during cleaning. The batteries in the safe had just been removed to stop the annoying noise. This is the second time we have stayed with James Villas and sadly will be the last.

Manchester Family (the eldest child is at school)
Nice 3 bedroom apartment that was perfect for our young family of 4. Self catering facilities were just what we needed. The resort complex was very well kept and the swimming pool area nice and clean and seemed quite new. Resort had a few children’s parks which we used a few times. Having restaurants, crazy golf, tennis courts and a supermarket on site was very handy.
