Lees, near Oldham Couple
Lovely villa, clean and tidy, but overlooked at the rear and not helped by next door obviously being empty for some time as the pool was stagnant and smelly. It unfortunately also feels like being on a huge housing estate.

Its on a golf resort, so we couldn't understand why the owner has decided to put bunk beds in one of the bedrooms as this excludes a party of 4 adult golfers from renting it .

While we were there, we couldn't find any information on how to use the safe or the washer, (we informed resort management regarding this and maybe this will have been rectified) also the information on the wifi isn't near the router, its on the wall between the kitchen and the living room.

Outside, some of the sun loungers are in desperate need of re-covering and a pool scoop net would be useful to remove the leaves and insects.

There is sometimes a problem parking outside the villa as there are some inconsiderate parkers that block the villas drive, it got to the stage I was afraid of parking on the drive for fear of being blocked in, (we informed resort management regarding this and maybe this will have been rectified)

Great villa, though a little tired and could do some TLC.
All of the beds could do with the mattresses and pillows replacing, as they're obviously old and well used.
Location is great and the community where it's located is lovely, but was very quiet when we were there.

Excellent villa in a resort with great staff. Resturants, shops and a bank all on the resort or slightly outside (all walking distance!)

The furniture is looking tired and could do with updating in some areas, particularly the sofas in the lounge. Pool is good and there is enough shade for those who prefer not to sit in the sun.

We enjoyed staying at the villa the only downside was the bed size I know could only fit a double in but prefer larger also a little gripe was front door allowed ants to troop in easily through the gap at the bottom, the good points the kitchen had everything we needed the furniture was good quality and English tv. Lovely outlook at the back

I cannot fault James Villas they are superb and make everything effortless but villa was in need of some tlc furnishings a bit shabby and the main problem was the fruit fly infestation possibly from the orange grove behind villa and the birds who messed everywhere.

Decent golf resort with more facilities than some. Nice villa and clean, equipped with essentials. Good sun trap. Shame swimming pool wasn't heated as made it too cold to use.
