Leeds Family (with only pre-school children)
Fantastic villa in a great location. Very spacious, great views & good sized pool.
Salema has a fantastic beach & lovely restaurants just 5 minutes drive away.
Pool cover is great to keep pool warm as it's a bit windy overnight.
Would highly recommend & would love to come back in the future.

Gorgeous villa and extremely well looked after. Kitchen is well stocked with every utensil you may need. Pool area is immaculate. We paid for pool to be heated as other reviews of area suggested it may be required. Not sure if needed in August but it was lovely. Lots of shade around pool and terrace area. Other wall a great villa and the best we have stayed in!

London Family (the eldest child is at school)
The house itself was lovely, very spacious, good working kitchen lovely outside.

The property seemed to have a problem with ants, which I guess is something that happens in hot countries.. being in England I wouldn't really know.

We only booked this property though because it was within a resort. The resort itself we were very disappointed with.

Mainly the problems with the resorts itself was it was sold as having a communal pool, shop on site, 2 restaurants on site, bar and snack bar and kids club. this was all very important to us as we were travelling with one child who likes to mix with others.

Unfortunately, the kids club was never open. Not once. One of the restaurants was never open, not once. The other was a pizza restaurant where service was very slow and orders were constantly mixed up. The snack bar was constantly running out of food and only ever served less than half the menu.

I don't believe it was made clear before we booked that there was a daily charge to use the communal pool despite us being residents in the resort. and it was not pointed out that the shop.. was infact only a golf shop.

This was our second visit to this villa. It is the nicest villa we used. There can be issues with the wind, but also the benefit of keeping the pool area cool enough to enjoy.
We throughly enjoyed our holiday and will probably be back.

Very nice villa. Outdoor living area would be improved if there was some shade we constantly had to keep moving the umbrella but this was tricky with the wind.

A beautiful villa in a lovely position overlooking the valley. Everything you could possibly want - only criticism it is quite a distance from the amenities - not walking distance. But otherwise cannot fault it.

Fantastic villa. Beautifully-appointed and very comfortable.
No problems at all with using the bbq (previous comment refers). There is a handy remote-controlled screen that shields bbq use from the prevailing wind!
It is situated quite a walk from the facilities and you would definitely need a car to get about.
Due to the windy situation of the villa I would recommend paying to heat the pool as it was really cold even on hot days.
Really relaxing holiday....

Reading Family (the eldest child is at school)
All really good but let down by the terrible beds and poor sheets. The double bed had what seemed like a single sheet on it which didn't fit at all.

Hence would recommend highly as a cost effective and nice option for a family of 4 but sort out the bed linen!

London Family (the eldest child is at school)
A fantastic villa with amazing views to the coast. The villa has been well looked after and we cannot fault the decor. There are a number of improvements that would make this an even better villa. These are

1) the master bedroom bed was hard and uncomfy. Needs replacing with a higher quality mattress
2) the sunbeds need cushions or padding as without are uncomfy.
3) the visits of maids and pool guy needs to be scheduled so guests know when they are going to turn up.
4) umbrellas need to be provided for around the pool. The ones at the villa do not fit the bases provided.
Regardless the villa is spacious and relaxing with well equiped kitchen and utility rooms and beautiful dining areas.
