Noci is a relatively undiscovered town in the picturesque Itria Valley area of central Puglia. Sitting on a hilltop, high above sea level, this quaint Puglian town has a small, historical centre, characterised by the typical white-washed roofs of local limestone, winding cobbled streets, pretty balconies and small courtyards, with the distinctive clock tower at the heart. Panzarotti are popular baked breads are stuffed with mozzarella cheese, tomato, oregano and capers. These pasty type snacks are typical of the region and are Puglia's equivalent of "fast food".
Take a tour of the local wine cellars and learn about the region's important wine culture as well as sample some of the produce.
Visit the famous caves of Castellana and be "wow-ed" by the amazing caverns, fossils stalactites and stalagmites that have been around for hundreds of years.
The nearby Zoo Safari near Fasano is a real treat for all the family! Open from March to September, the zoo is home to over 50 species of animal and there are fantastic dolphin and penguin shows to catch!
Visit the UNESCO World Heritage town of Alberobello, famous for its traditionally built Trulli houses with conical roofs made from stone. Today the Trullis form the main tourist area of the town. Here you can wander the cobbled streets, buy souvenirs, orecchiette pasta and take some holiday snaps.
Festa di San Gius...national event
At this patronal feast honoring St. Joseph, visitors gather in the evening around a large bonfire and sample local dishes such as tria and desserts. Events may include music, processions and more.

Festa Il Cavallo ...national event
Festa Il Cavallo Parato, Brindisi. This festival commemorates the Feast of Corpus Domini as well as the return of King Louis IX of France from the Crusades. A procession weaves its way through the town led by the bishop on a white stallion.

The festival will be the stage for the greatest contemporary music trends, with a series of free concerts, held in spellbinding locations, steeped in art, nature and history. A rich line-up of front-rank artists and local talents, selected by an artistic committee of experts.
