Villas in Rhodes

One of the largest and most fertile of the Greek Islands, Rhodes is blessed with 300 days of sunshine on average each year. Fringed by miles of clean sandy beaches, lush vegetation and fascinating landmarks, Rhodes offers a wealth of leisure activities, lively entertainment and historical relics reminiscent of a long and colourful past. Monasteries, castles and impressive ruins are all there to be explored, while unspoilt mountain villages offer the perfect taste of time-honoured Greek Island country life.

Rhodes - A historical legacy and charm like no other

From Rhodes Town in the north travelling down the eastern coastline, our villas in Rhodes drink up all that island charm. Golden sands, delicious meze cuisine and splendid historical remnants are emblematic of Greek good living, making every day of your holiday a highlight.

  • Rhodes Food

With our holiday villas located along Rhodes’ east coast region, you’ll be perfectly placed to relax and unwind in a traditional taverna. The local cuisine comprises of fresh produce found on the island and fuses its flavours to create meze and other renowned Greek Island dishes like souvlaki and moussaka.

Good road and bus networks operate across the island, enabling you to explore Rhodes’ many night-time attractions on your villa holiday – whether you want international menus, to dance into the early hours or to find an unspoilt haven away from the bustling crowds.

  • Rhodes History

It’s the stunning scenery, ancient roots and warm, affable nature that make Rhodes part of such a noble and beautiful history. An array of interesting archaeological sites, beautiful ruins, valuable Byzantine churches and impressive Venetian fortresses fill this Greek Island from top to bottom.

Imposing buildings with their coats-of-arms and paved courtyards are steeped in history – while museums chart Rhodes’ celebrated past through the ages. For a unique tour of your very own, follow the winding streets and simply see where they take you.

  • Rhodes Beaches

Home to some of the cleanest, most picturesque beaches in the Aegean, Rhodes is a haven for sun-seeking villa holiday-makers. Sandy and shingle shorelines stretch along the east coast, jagged cliffs skirt the west and green mountains dotted with whitewashed villages offer a spectacular backdrop to every bay.

You’ll find a mixture of sandy coves almost hidden from view on Rhodes and large beaches with every facility you could possibly need. Swimming is extremely popular, particularly due to the clean and crystalline waters which offer the ideal setting for a family-friendly holiday.

  • Rhodes Activities

Rhodes has a wealth of leisure activities that will appeal to adults and children alike. From watersports and tennis courts to golf and horse-riding – whether experienced or a beginner – you’ll be spoilt for choice. The rugged north eastern region is particularly famed for windsurfing and kitesurfing. Rhodes’ scenic landscape offers the perfect terrain for mountain biking, hiking and bird watching.

Nature trails are great fun on a villa holiday, and an ideal way to really appreciate the stunning scenery and natural inhabitants.

  • Rhodes Holidays - Points of Interest

    • Go back in time to the historic Crusades in the Avenue of the Knights, or get a fish-eye view of life at the Aquarium when visiting Rhodes Town - a ‘must’ for its bustling, picturesque maze of Byzantine, Turkish and Latin architecture enclosed within massive town walls.

    • Visit the Acropolis at Lindos for a slice of fascinating history and fabulous views.

    • Explore the 4th century BC Temple of Athena.

    • Take a boat trip up to Rhodes Town or across to neighbouring Turkey for the day.

    • Sample the local ‘sóuma’ (similar to Italian ‘grappa’ brandy made from the residue of grapes after pressing) in the pretty mountain village of Siána and watch the sunset over the sea from nearby Monolithos Castle.

Excellent view and lovely pool. Well furnished and equipped.
Couldn’t really walk anywhere to buy food or get a drink. Had to use the car. I knew that before we arrived but I found it slightly more annoying than I thought I would

We loved Lindos and Old Town Rhodes.
We didn't have enough time to do it all! The midday heat in the middle of July limited us (and a 3 year old). Would love to come back in the cooler months to explore a bit more.

Plenty of restaurants to eat in in the many beachside locations around the island . Friendliness of Islanders . Easy to communicate .
Very hot especially around peak hours . Signs for some of the tourist attractions are hard to locate . The island looks unkept in places.
