Villa highlights

Panorama is a fabulous property, offering stunning sea views across the gulf to Koroni. The views are especially spectacular from the first floor balcony, providing the perfect place to dine al fresco with family or friends. A short drive or a longer walk takes you down to the beautiful village of Stoupa, home to a great selection of bars, shops and tavernas, along with two lovely sandy beaches. The main two storey accommodation has two bedrooms on the ground floor, both with patio doors opening onto the balcony, above; the living area on the first floor takes full advantage of the views whilst dining. Then there is a separate ground floor accommodation, housing the third bedroom complete with its own facilities, making Panorama ideal for friends or families' with older children. The well maintained lawns and gardens surround the swimming pool and terrace creating a relaxing atmosphere, allowing you to sit back and soak up the sun.

Stunning! The perfect holiday retreat from the manicured gardens, pool and balcony's with fantastic views of Stoupa and the surrounding area. Highly recommended. The only negative was the nearest Taverna had closed this season. You can easily walk in to Stoupa though as its downhill - coming back however can be a bit more of a challenge, but its only 5 euro for a taxi back if the prospect is daunting.

Overall excellent accommodation. Pool was a little cool given only solar heating and it was late season. Note sign at junction from main road say villa is 300m away, when it is nearer 6-800m, which had us a little confused.

    • Miss Kirby, June 2013

The villa was absolutely perfect. Great location, very peaceful. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. We all had a fabulous time. Thank you

We have been to Stoupa many times before. Villa was best we have stayed at.

    • Mrs Weller, August 2012

When we arrived we could not get the aircon to work but the owner came round very quickly to fix it. The kitchen was on the top floor and the only outdoor seating was on a top floor balcony so the barbecue outside on the ground floor was not practically usable, which was disappointing. The urnishings and decor were lovely though, and the villa and grounds were extremely well cared for.

    • Mr Conlon, July 2012

Very well kept up and comfortable. Immacualte grounds and pool and very clean villa.

Haywards Heath Family (the eldest child is at school)
Overall the accommodation was brilliant, although couple of slight issues to note. With regards to 1 bedroom villa the key is attached to the fob and at night time it was inconvenient to lock the door in the dark, as once the fob is removed from the holder the electrics switch off. Perhaps similar system as the 2 bed villa can be installed (lights work independent to the fob). The villa grounds have a number of regular visitors (cats). We really enjoyed there company but may be an idea to mention this in case someone is either allergic or has phobia of cats. Lastly, we would highly recommend a grill taverna (Mellisa) in Stoupa (about 5 minutes drive from the villa.

Great villa , particularly if you want two separate buildings . Great for our mixed age family . One negative very easy to lock yourself out could do with an addition set .

Tring Couple
This villa was perfect for us as there were only two of us and I had a second bedroom to escape to when the snoring started ;-) Not sure how well this would work for a family as the third bedroom is in a separate building next door so not good for younger children, but probably perfect for a family travelling with grandparents. Location is further out and it is a steep walk back from the town but doable, even in the 30+ degree heat we experienced - just think of all that feta cheese you burn off! Only observations about practicality are that there is only one small bathroom in the two bedroom villa which wouldn't work if four people were in it, and there wasn't anywhere that six people could sit down and eat together comfortably, although there were six dining chairs in the larger villa. Also, it would be nice to have a folder of information in the villa on the local area, how to get into the main town, beaches available etc.
Overall though we had a lovely time, loved the villa, the view was amazing and the pool nice and quiet and relatively private - would recommend.

Couple with grown up
The villa is actually 2, with 2 bedrooms in the main buidling, and one in the separate bungalow. The build standard is high and both are spotless. The only small negatives were that the bathroom in the main building is very small; the kitchen/lounge diner are upstairs so making a cup of tea or food for consumption by the pool means a walk up and downstairs; the complete lack of helpful info provided once there....a point made by other reviewers previously but clearly not addressed...and that upon arrival it was not clear which villas were ours (there are several down the private drive, and ours were numbers 4 and 5..as we discovered after trying to get into the others! The private pool is simply superb and sits in immaculate gardens..which were maintained unobtrusively during our stay. The villas are situated a 5 minute drive from Stoupa centre, beach and a couple of supermarkets. We certainly would not hesitate to stay here again, we loved it.

Leeds Couple
What a fabulous villa x2! The brochure description did not do it justice, the "annex" was actually another separate villa. Everything was immaculate and the views of the sea and the mountains wonderful. A car is essential as it is along a fairly steep road which is ok going down to Stoupa about 20 min walk but too much coming back in the heat of the day. Stoupa itself has plenty of lovely tavernas & a few bars but very low key. We had been before so knew the resort but just one point was no information in villa ie emergency contact details for doctors etc. Overall a fantastic villa in a lovely resort.

Newbury Berkshire Couple
Well appointed and beautifully maintained villa and outdoor areas. Good location and easy access. Living accommodation and bedrooms of good size. Maybe the bathroom in the two-bedroom villa could have been a little larger. Easy to lock yourself out so be careful! Maybe a second key for the larger villa should be provided.

Basingstoke Friends
An unusual villa comprising two buildings. I didn't like the locks on the front doors, it would be very easy to lock yourself out, especially as there was only one key. My only other criticism is that there was a complete lack of information or instructions - in fact the only information in the house was on how to use the TV.
Lovely location, nice views, large garden with very nice pool. It is however, quite a long uphill walk back from the seafront at Stoupa.

very good accommodation. Attractive garden and decent -sized pool
We were only supplied with one key. I consider we should have had two.

The hot water in the annex didn't work after Wednesday - though this was not reported by us.
