The name might sound a little strange, but this bad boy is the Greek take on a dessert-lovers favourite – the donut. If retail therapy is how you relax, then Kefalonia's capital, Argostoli has got you covered. The charming, pedestrianised street of Lithostroto is basically an outdoor shopping centre. Quintessential villages are where you'll find authentic local craft shops, stocked with one-of-a-kind finds and keepsakes.
