Joucas

The quiet village of Joucas is set on a hill surrounded by tranquil countryside and farmland. Joucas remains off the main tourist trail, and offers a fantastic, traditional atmosphere – a great place to really get away from it all. There are picturesque narrow streets to stroll around, as well as beautiful architecture amid the old stone houses. There is also a church that houses an interesting museum of Italian painting. All around the village you will find wonderful Provençal countryside where you can enjoy relaxing walks in the great outdoors.
