East Midlands Group
- The villa was clean and tidy but not as described to us. The furniture was a little damaged in areas (we took pictures). We are waiting to see whether we get charged for damage already present! On the whole it was a decent size and the resort was a nice area.
The villa was in a quiet gated community and it was close to amenities and the Disney Parks
The process regarding out of hours collection of directions & door codes was confusing and when it’s late at night and everyone is tired it didn’t make for a good start. When we arrived at the resort, we found it was located in a secure, gated community with a guard. There were two entrance barriers which again was confusing. The late turn guard was very rude and unhelpful (Not only to us but to others on other occasions). When we finally got in to the resort we couldn’t find how to get into the villa but then found the villa was actually unlocked and not secure. Again more confusion when we went to register us staying at the villa as there seemed to be so many companies involved in the rental of the property! The instructions as we found out the next day had not included the instructions for how to activate the door code.
