- Villa clean and plenty of space, nice view of lake. Swimming pool good size but chose not to use as it was always full of flies and not filtered sufficiently despite getting someone out to inspect. We wouldn’t use James villas again for a villa in Florida as it was a nightmare on the day of arrival having to go to global resorts home office to pick up our key code/ register to find out that office isn’t even open on Sundays when you get there and then no letter for us in the safe but 3 other families letters there. All very stressful and worrying having just done a 9 hour flight and car journey from the airport thinking you’ve got time before they close at 8pm.(we arrived at 7.50) phoned the emergency number to be given the key code over the phone anyway. This experience has definitely put us off using you again and recommending you to others. Having done the same holiday 2 years prior with Thomson I can say we would book with them for ease in future
