“We hired a boat for 7 of us for 4 hours from George's in Latchi. It included a double "donut" and 4 masks and snorkels. We went along the coast, anchored in each bay for a swim and used the donut in between. Everyone agreed it was the best day of the holiday. I'd highly recommend it.”

Stayed with in laws and two children and was perfect with enough space for all to enjoy. The view is as seen in the photos and the ability to walk to the bottom of the garden onto the beach is fabulous!

We were all delighted and amazed with this luxury villa, even the pictures don't do it justice! We all loved it, fabulous! We would all love to return. The best villa we have ever stayed in with James or other companies!
The owners came with a nice welcome gift of 3 bags of fruit from his neighbouring orchard, as a welcome - very nice thank you, so we could all doing our only freshly squeezed orange juice and have plenty of limes/lemons and grapes too!
Amazing views from the pool/patio (and upstairs) are over a pleasant long garden down to the beach and wonderful bright blue clean sea (great sunset and sunrise views too). Great having the beach, with sea to swim in as well as a pool.
The villa is mostly secluded/ private next to a small development of other large rented detached villas (divided with hedging in between) and there is a private track next to the villa on the other side (owned by the farmer who owns the fruit orchards there and whose family own the villa). There is a private sign and only one other vehicle came down it once while we were there - a tourist on a beach buggy).
It is large, modern, spacious and stylish with shiny stone/marble tile floors and stairs (careful not to wear slippy shoes or have wet feet inside, particularly on stairs!). There is ample seating around kitchen table, dining area and outside eating area. Good kitchen for prep and cooking as well as outside BBQ. Sitting room with enough seating for around 6 at one time on leather stylish furniture. Good inside lighting. Bedrooms large, and comfortable with decent ensuite bathrooms and a couple of large balconies to see the view from. We only used the gym once, as you had to walk through master bedroom to use it when people were not in there - well equipped with air con.
Air con great downstairs (though only when the only key fob is plugged into wall and you only get given one of those, so awkward if one person wants to go out and lock the house as you cannot have air con on without it even when other people are still in the property - so the person going out has to leave the place unlocked to leave air con on). Upstairs air con on a 3-4 hour timer in each room, so that is a disadvantage in hot weather as you wake up boiling hot in the night and have to get up to turn it on once or twice again! Would be better to have an 8 hour timer!!
The pool and area (the best bit) large and very clean. The seating area large and comfortable under shaded cover. The lighting at night has to be too bright for eating, but then after that you can just have candles and pool & patio lights. There was an outside shower and tap for washing before and after sea/pool and washing off sandy shoes. We spent most of the time around the pool and on the beach when not exploring southern Cyprus by car or beach buggies and hiring a boat from Latchi for snorkelling around the coast and going diving with the PADI dive centre.
We went in mid September after the summer rush - so the beach was all for us and empty (part sand and part pebbles)! Weather was still around 30 degrees. There were lots of turtle nests which was interesting to see. The sea was warm and turquoise and all you can see is a very long beach and in the distance mountains at either end. We often all took a 10 minute walk along to the pier to swim in deeper water.
Only 2 minute drive to local shop/bakery, otherwise 10 minute drive to Polis another bakery, shops, supermarket, restaurants. Herb garden restaurant very good and nice garden to look around. Latchi 15 min drive - lots of decent restaurants by the harbour and small shops plus loads of places to hire boats or book diving or fishing trips. 5 minute drive to Argaka for a few casual beach bar/ restaurants. Blue lagoon nice to see, but too overcrowded to want to stay and swim there due to lots of big tourist boats, so hiring a boat or buggy (needing only a driving licence) and going to other bays to swim/snorkel is nicer - quieter with more marine life to see (still turquoise like the blue lagoon)!
There is also a small pool table and table tennis table at the villa. The pool table was not level/flat enough for playing sadly as balls just roll across it - so needs some repair or replacement. The table tennis table bats and balls were no good so need replacing or take your own! You can play in the shade in the garage/car port (which takes 2 cars for needed shade).
Fabulous holiday in Cyprus at this wonderful villa. A great unspoilt area to visit on this part of the island.

This is a great villa in a peaceful location. Initially I thought it may be too remote but it is a 5 minute drive to Polis for restaurants and shops. Loucas the owner's father was very responsive as the local handyman. We did have a couple of issues (washing machine door broken, AC not working properly) but they were rectified within 24 hours. Just a couple of issues. Firstly, there was only one hairdryer when there should have been one per bedroom. Secondly, the rep was a little disinterested which is a surprise given this is in the luxury range. It is pricey but worth it, we would definitely return.

We Have been twice to this villa because we loved it the first time around. However, there were no pillow protectors on the bed, underneath the pillow cases it was covered in sweat rings. The cleanliness of the kitchen and bathrooms was overall very good. The patio and pool immaculate. Great air-con. We had a great relaxing time but was disappointed to see the price hike up another thousand pounds. So we have decided to shop around for next year.
