Villa Antigoni is located in an elevated position in a quiet cul de sac within walking distance of the quaint harbour of Latchi, providing a wonderful place to dine in the many restaurants dotted along the harbour. The open plan living area is comfortably furnished and all three bedrooms feature ensuite bathrooms and benefit from air conditioning. Patio doors from the lounge lead to a large shaded poolside terrace, which is perfect for al fresco dining, and for admiring the beautiful views of the sea.
“Monday morning blues, blue sky, blue sea.
We came to this villa in October 2014, back again in August 2015.
Perfect getaway, very quiet, short walk to latchi harbour for the restaurants along the beach path is a pleasure.”
Good, quiet location. Village within walking distance of villa.
Mr Gould, May 2014
A great location about 150 metres from a shingle beach and close to Latchi for harbour and restaurants, rep and owners very helpful when we had 2 very minor problems

Apart from a VERY STEEP driveway everything was spot on.

We loved this Villa and Latchi. We are a family of 4, with kids of 10 & 12. This is a detached villa in a small close of about 6 villas. This one is at the top and has the best views of all the villas, looking out to sea and the mountains.
It is a very short stroll down to the very quite (pebbly) beach and there is a lovely, lit, paved path that goes all the way (almost) to Latchi harbour, where all the restaurants are. The walk from the villa to the restaurants in Latchi harbour takes about half an hour, but is lovely. When you get to the end of the path the harbour is straight in front of you but the path stops short. Keep walking, take a left at the end of the path, for a few feet, then right over a very small bridge and then right again and into the harbour car park and keep walking a few more feet until you reach the boats in the harbour. You can then turn left and follow the harbour a few more feet to where the restaurants are. Take torches with you though because when you come home there are parts that aren't lit and it can be pitch black.
Of all the restaurants in Latchi our favourite by far is Sea Crest. They had nice friendly staff, reasonable prices and certainly had the best quality food. We even got 10% off with a voucher in the local free tourist booklet we picked up in Latchi harbour. They even had live Bazokki music one night, which was fabulous.
We went in August and there was a nice buzz in the evenings but we had no problems getting a table for dinner at around 8.30pm.
For food shopping you will need to go to Polis, which isnt very far and has a large supermarket with great choice.
We were warned about power and water cuts due to the power station problems but we had neither.
Mrs Solloway, August 2011
We all had a fantastic holiday and the villa was absolutely lovely except for the beds which were VERY hard. The only reason we would not stay at the villa again is that we prefer to try different locations and destinations, but we would definately recommend it to others.
Mrs Solloway, August 2011
It was perfect for us - close enough to the town of Latchi to walk in easily and use all the facilities, but out far enough not to hear any noise. Very peaceful and relaxing, but with lots of things to do and places to eat easily reached. We could easily have managed without a car.

Mr Taylor, July 2010
Of the three villas we have stayed in this was the best. It was spacious and the outside veranda was ideal - as it was always in the shade making outside eating comfortable. The view, over the Med. was amazing. Although it appears to be the norm for Cyprus we would have preferred to have had the air conditioning included in the price.

Antigoni is in a well-designed villa in a fantastic location and we returned for the second year running. However, there's no doubt it's now beginning to look a little tired for the money we paid. The bathrooms/showers, sitting area furniture and sun loungers really need updating/replacing. The kitchen cupboards are damp which might be understandable in May but not in September after a summer of sunshine. The swimming pool is also in need of some refurbishment as the side trim is faded and coming away and the filter openings/edges are looking old and tired. Our holiday was also compromised by excessive noise from an offshore crane which resulted in us having to move after two days of intolerable noise and disturbance. However, Marian the Villa Manager was brilliant!

We had a fabulous week at the Villa Antigone. Everything was great. The villa was very spacious and it's location was perfect. The car hire arrangement went like a dream...so easy. Marion the rep was informative and charming. We did not need to bother her as we had no problems. A thoroughly good weeks holiday. Thankyou.

Fareham Family (the eldest child is at school)
This villa is probably the best we have stayed in. Very well equipped, clean and very quiet for those lazy days around the pool. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk away with a beach bar for refreshments after a dip in the sea. Villa is a short drive from shops and a supermarket is in Plois which is about a ten minute drive away. Restaurants are a walkable distance but there are plenty parking spaces by the restaurants which all overlooking the marina. Overall I would highly recommended this villa to future holiday makers.

Worthing Family, both daughters at
Great villa and outdoor area is superb. Having ensuites to all the bedrooms was a real bonus. Excellent location meant we didn't have to rely on driving everywhere. It was very hot when we were there so aircon in bedrooms was a must. It works on a 6 hour timer however, so in the night we'd wake up hot and have to go and switch it back on again. No aircon in living area but it's large with 2 sets of patio doors and a fan is available and we were barely indoors anyway. High ceilings give the property an large airy feeling.

West Linton family with grown up
Lovely quiet villa with nice sea views. Easy walk into Latchi for boat trips and restaurants. Good villa facilities especially the 3 en-suite bathrooms and built in BBQ. The table tennis table was great too. good veranda for lots of necessary shade. Only negative is the very steep drive would recommend leaving your car parked at the bottom as we scraped the bottom of the hire car on arrival! The drive is also steep to walk up which might be a problem for some eg elderly.

Overall good, was some dust on odd surface and noticed a few cobwebs. Felt that it wasn't clear from wording of 'maid service' that that necessary bathroom bins weren't emptied at all, and having found out this was the situation, I think there should be provision of replacement bags as this is a hygiene issue.
Noticed a wire hanging out of a smoke detector. After contacting 'rep' did find out it was obsolete but seemed an error to leave it like this rather than remove completely.
Found 3 badly cracked glasses.

Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased to advise you that the obsolete smoke detector was removed by the villa owner during the winter, so that repairs to the wall underneath could be made without inconveniencing our guests. We have new villa fact sheets in our villas this year, which we think makes clear what is covered by the maid service. We do not ask villa owners to supply the bags you mention and it is generally unnecessary to purchase bags yourselves, as many of our guests simply recycle their plastic shopping bags, but we regret any inconvenience this caused you.
