Situated close to the sea caves, where impressive rock formations have been carved from the sea, is the attractive villa Kiki. The villa is set within enclosed and spacious grounds, with the established gardens and hedges providing a degree of privacy. Inside the villa is spacious and airy with a modern design, and there's plenty of room outside as well, with a large covered terrace, barbecue area and your own private pool. The large upstairs balcony offers superb views of the sea and here you can enjoy lovely views of the sunset at the end of a relaxing day! Dotted along the coastline are some taverna's and bars which overlook the sea, while the beach and popular resort centre of Coral Bay is just a few minutes drive away.

A spacious villa set in the banana plantations near to sea caves. Perfect for a family or large group with 4 large bedrooms all ensuite. The outside area is fantastic with a bar, BBQ and authentic oven for you to use. We BBQd on a number of evening and the fresh BBQ packs and ribeye steaks are a must from the local supermarket in Coral Bay. If you want to eat out there are a couple of restaurants locally that are within walking distance. ONiros by the Sea overlooking the shipwreck serves fantastic cocktails and food. It gets really busy with locals so be prepared to wait but with a cocktail and the sunset it's worth it. Sea Caves lounge is a bit further and again excellent food and set in a garden with a children's play area. The villa is remote which is what we wanted so if you are thinking of booking a car is a must!! The local taxi company is great and for approx 10 euros you can be eating in Coral Bay for an evening out ( highly recommend La Vigna if you do) Overall a superb villa with a beautiful pool and outdoor living space. All the facilities are there instead if you want but it's just too nice outside. Only moan is ththat air con isn't great in the main bedroom and all the showers could do with an upgrade. Aside from that excellent and we will be booking again.

This was a lovely villa but unfortunately a couple of things let it down. Was advertised with aircon to dining/lounge area but this did not work and actually had a note on the wall below the unit saying not in use and that this unit was not advertised as working when actually it clearly is. Upstairs air con did not work efficently...failed to cool the nain bedroom whuch made sleeping very difficult....with regards to the cleaning long hairs were on the basin and floor of upstairs bathroom along with hairclips on the floor of bathroom and main bedroom. Such a shame as apart from these issues we gad a very enjoyable holiday. We did leave a message for the rep re air con but heard nothing back

My first holiday with James Villas and I will definitely be using them again. Everything went smoothly, from start to finish. Great quality from the towels to the welcome baskets. The Villa was stunning and had everything you could possibly need and more. It was very private, with a spattering of other villas around but none close enough to overlook you. You can see the sea from the wrap around balcony and the Villa is within walking distance of a beautiful outdoor restaurant. The sea caves and a shipwreck are also within walking distance Car hire is recommended, although if you want a night out in Coral Bay it only costs between €8 - €15 for a taxi, based on the amount of passengers. There's a small supermarket and reasonably priced restaurant about 5 minutes drive away and it's 10 minutes drive to the main strip in Coral Bay. If you have a late flight but have to leave the Villa at 10am, you can book an apartment at Neptunes in Coral Bay for only €30. A great holiday, would definitely return.

This is a stunning villa in an excellent location. Watching the sunset from the 1st floor terrace made a perfect end to the long warm days. You can even glimpse the shipwreck and just walk down the lane to Oniros for a chilled out setting to enjoy the sea caves.
