Spring – The Canary Islands
The trees are turning green and flowers are starting to blossom – it’s time to come out of winter hibernation. For some springtime fun in the sun the Canary Islands offer an early sunshine break. Spend April in your flip flops with temperatures in the pleasant 20s! Frolic along the crowd-free coastlines before the summer season hits.
Summer – Northern Portugal
Portugal may be famous for its golden sandy beaches, but head north and the landscape offers so much more. Green hills, luscious vineyards and historic buildings meet along the river banks of the Douro Valley and beyond. And with a Portuguese summer known to soar above 30°C, the slightly cooler temperatures of the north offer a pleasant balmy alternative.
Autumn – Cyprus
As the nights draw in and summer drifts away, bask in the sun for that little bit longer with a trip to Cyprus. The temperatures still linger around 27°C in October so it won’t only be the leaves turning brown in the autumnal sun. With autumn in Cyprus seeming to just be an extension of the summer, it’s the perfect place to catch the last few warm rays of the year.
Winter – The Caribbean
You’ll get a warm welcome in the Caribbean during the winter months, with tropical, white sand beaches and temperatures soaring over 28°C. Calypso into the festive party season and ring in the New Year with your favourite people at your villa in paradise.
