Our ATOL protects all customers booking a holiday with flights, whilst our ABTA bonding protects customers booking a holiday without flights.

What does ATOL mean?

Our James villa holidays packages, when booked with flights, are ATOL (Air Transport Organisers Licence) protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL licence number is 2730.

All the flights and flight-inclusive holidays on this website are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. When you pay you will be supplied with an ATOL Certificate. Please ask for it and check to ensure that everything you booked (flights, hotels and other services) is listed on it. The ATOL system protects you from losing money or being stranded abroad if our company should cease trading. This is backed by the UK Government. However, if you were to book flights with other companies, please be aware you may not have ATOL protection. From October 2012 all package holidays sold will be accompanied by an ATOL certificate. Your ATOL certificate is proof that the holiday you have booked is protected by ATOL. Keep it somewhere safe and take it on holiday, so you know how to make an ATOL claim if you need to.

What does ABTA mean?

As a member of the Association of British Travel Agents, we adhere to a code of conduct designed to protect our customers. This includes providing you with a high standard of service, fair terms of trading and clear and accurate information about passports, visas, health requirements, and details of alterations to your holiday.
It also ensures that any monies paid for your accommodation are protected, if our company should cease trading.

ABTA also ensures that if you have a complaint that you feel cannot be resolved directly with us, you will be offered the option of low-cost completely impartial arbitration.
