Resort Representative (Villa Manager) - Lanzarote - (Ideally based in Playa Blanca)
This is a fantastic opportunity to join the busy team in Lanzarote as a full time Resort Representative (Villa Manager).
We are looking for an enthusiastic, conscientious, confident individual, with customer service experience, who is an all-rounder, and able to work well under pressure.
The ideal candidate must be able to work in this diverse role, which includes; full support for customers whilst in resort, office-based administration as well as completion of Health and Safety reports and other documentation that is required on a monthly or weekly basis. You would need to work closely with the UK office and all of our suppliers in resort in order to maintain these important relationships.
You should have excellent communication and problem solving skills and be able think on your feet.
A flexible approach to working hours and the ability to use your own initiative to prioritise your workload is key. Being an organised team player, who can stay positive throughout a very busy season, is crucial.
You should already be living in the area, as accommodation is not included in the package.
You must be fluent in English, and speak a very high level of Spanish. You must have a full, clean driving licence.
We offer a competitive salary on a local contract, as well as a company car, mobile phone and iPad.
You must be highly competent on a computer, being able to use Microsoft software such as Excel and Word is a must.
