The link attached residences are set in pine shaded lawns at the rear of the resort and provide a degree of independance for those couples or small families who wish to be in close proximity to Riva Degli Etruschi's numerous facilities. It's just a short stroll to the swimming pools, gym and tennis courts and the long, sandy beach is an easy ten minute walk through the pedestrianised resort.
With a terrace at the front and rear, the comfortable residences include a lounge and air conditioned bedrooms, as well as a small kitchen.
Each residence also includes a parasol, sun bed and two deck chairs, numbered and reserved for guests' use on the beach.
The residences may vary slightly in style and layout from the example shown, however, all are of the same size and standards of comfort.
