"What a find. Totally relaxing holiday one of the best we have been on. If you are looking for a really beautiful place to stay where you can unwind and forget about the rest of the world then this is the place to be. Villa is everything the photos and descriptions tell you it will be. The views are something else. Lying by the pool in the beautiful Italian sunshine looking at that view made us completely relaxed. Cant wait to return. In fact we were tempted to see if it was free for the following week as we didn't want to come home. Thank you for a perfect holiday. "

"We were very pleased with the service from James Villas. Particularly helpful advice from the Travel Adviser re train services from Pisa to Rome. The villa was lovely with superb views (as indicated in your website info). Due to the adverse weather in the early days of our May holiday it would have been helpful for the villa owners to have provided logs to help heat the villa (it was unusually cold)- we understood that central heating was not allowed by law in Italy at that time of year. "
