This attractive villa is set in a lovely, quiet position surrounded by olive groves on the coastal plain near the town of Donoratico. The villa offers spacious, well kept gardens of lawns and olive trees, as well as a swimming pool and patio area – perfect for spending summer days relaxing on a sunlounger with a book and a glass of Chianti. Inside the villa, accommodation is set on one level, decorated in a typical Tuscan style throughout. Traditional features include wooden beamed ceilings and an open fireplace in the entrance hall. The spacious kitchen/dining area is ideal for trying out a few Tuscan recipes or spending an evening discussing the days events over a leisurely meal. Patio doors lead out to a small, covered terrace at the side of the house. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms are on offer. One bathroom is accessed from the main hallway, and the other from the lounge area. Local facilities can be found in Donoratico, just a five minute drive away, including three supermarkets and a number of other smaller shops, as well as several restaurants. A railway station is also located within the town centre. A great sandy beach as well as tourist information and various other facilities can be found at Marina di Castagneto just five minutes further on by car.

"The villa was very comfortable and peaceful. We enjoyed the fact that we had no neighbours and were not visited by the owners. A gentleman came to tend the garden and pool area but came early, as not to disturb our holiday. The villa was well equipped and clean. "
