"Overall this was a very nice villa in a great location. The outside and pool area was very impressive. The only negative comments I would make was that the Villa needs more basic items available in terms of cooking utensils. There were small steak knives and a bread knife but nothing effective for chopping meat, onions etc, no scissors. The owner gave us the keys but did not show us around and explain for example how the dvd worked. "

"It took several e mails and telephone calls to receive directions from the airport (Perugia) to the villa.
I think that it would be a good idea for the rep to confirm flights etc -she could then text any changes.She visited once briefly, which surprised me as I did not think that there was a rep. (According to the blue book)
The villa and pool were lovely. This villa had a good selection of kitchen equipment, plus garden play things. The lady who looked after the villa was great and very welcoming. "
