"The villa was exactly as described on the website and the accuracy of the photos meant we had a sense of deja-vu the moment we stepped in for the first time. The villa was extremely well-equipped even down to towels to use by the pool. The hot water wasn't really quite hot enough but we telephoned our Representative and they came over immediately to rectify it and we then had plenty of hot water for the 6 of us. "

"We were very pleased with the overall holiday with the execption of the airport staff at the boarding gate. After checking in on time as requested we were told (not asked) when we got to the gate that our seats had been changed to accomodate a faimly who had checked in after us. We feel that a request may have been nicer and also that it stipulates on the flight tickets that seats are allocated on a first come first served basis, this proved not to be the case in this instance. "
