"The villa was really lovely and the photos didn't really do it justice. The pool was excellent for our 4 year old (not too deep). Very clean and with a good supply of kitchen equipment, DVD etc. The only reason we would not stay there again is we would like to stay in a different location next time."

"The villa was exactly as described on the website and the accuracy of the photos meant we had a sense of deja-vu the moment we stepped in for the first time. The villa was extremely well-equipped even down to towels to use by the pool. The hot water wasn't really quite hot enough but we telephoned our Representative and they came over immediately to rectify it and we then had plenty of hot water for the 6 of us."

"The villa didn't look as good in the brochure. We were quite overwhelmed by the cleanliness and size of the property. There was only one slight drawback and that was the steep hill to and from the local shops. As you suggest, a car is probably worth hiring, although we got used to the walk and managed without one."

"Please update your photos, Tiffany 14 in your brochure and online do not do the villa Justice. The Decor in real life is more modern and there are items that are I feel are a big selling point but are not mentioned, i.e. iPod Dock, 3 good sized bathrooms and plenty of living space for 6. The owner greeted us on arrival and handed the keys personnally and then gave us a guided tour, this was a very nice touch. thanks."

"The owner/manager was extremely helpful providing recommendations for local restaurants, bars and day trips. Responded immediately to any queries and was keen to ensure we enjoyed our holiday. The facility of the games room and english tv channels ensured that our teenagers enjoyed the holiday too. This particular James Villa break has been our best family holiday to date. Would highly recommend this villa and the quiet location to friends and family."

"this was my families first visit to tenerife and we enjoyed it so much we intend to go again next april. we had originaly booked an apartment as we just wanted a cheap getaway as we have our main summer hol in august. after reading horrendous reveiws about the apartments we decided we weren't taking any chances and as we had already holidayed with yousrelves last year we kept the original flights and chose on of your villas in sueno azul. villa delphin. we had a great time and the kids were taken aback at the quality of both the villa and of course the heated pool which they spent a lot of time in. our nightmare holiday was soon transformed to a perfect one by choosing one of your villas. thanks for your help at planning it at such short notice. we will be in touch early 2009 to arrange another perfect holiday."

"We were very pleased with the overall holiday with the execption of the airport staff at the boarding gate. After checking in on time as requested we were told (not asked) when we got to the gate that our seats had been changed to accomodate a faimly who had checked in after us. We feel that a request may have been nicer and also that it stipulates on the flight tickets that seats are allocated on a first come first served basis, this proved not to be the case in this instance."
