This bustling town has everything the modern visitor could want, from superb leisure facilities to a range of restaurants, bars and shops. Yet it also manages to retain the charming character synonymous with Provence. Take a walk down the tree-lined avenues past pastel buildings to the old town, and stock up on delicious nut breads, cheeses and olives at the food market in Place du Marché.
