"We would just like to say how much we enjoyed our first holiday with James Villas. Villa Olga was, in every aspect, the most impressive villa we have stayed in over many years. The location is ideal, with super views and a short walk down to the beach and village, which has a good selection of tavernas. The house and pool were looked after meticulously during our stay. Please pass on our thanks to Angela and the team for helping to make our stay one to remember."

"The villa was beautiful - having never done a villa holiday before we didn't know what to expect but we were very pleased and will find it hard to not choose a villa based holiday again. We were looking for a relaxing and quiet holiday which is absolutely what this villa and the resort provided - I find it hard to think of something that would have made it better. The location of the villa was fantastic - close enough to the tavernas and beach but enough of a distance to feel we were "away from it all". The setting and views from the villa were stunning. We were impressed by the daily pool cleaning and the friendliness of the man that came in to do it; likewise, the fresh towels and cleaning service twice during our stay. We're tempted not to recommend it to friends and family - but only because it may make it difficult to book in the future!"

"We were very pleased with Villa Olga plus my brother was equally pleased with their twin villa next door. Clean and tidy inside with A/C in all 3 bedrooms (none in living area). Sufficient kitchen equipment for self catering. No dishwasher. TV with satellite but only showing BBC World. Fantastic large outdoor area with areas for sun/shade and of course the fantastic 10m long pool. Cleaned every day too. No hesitation in recommending to anyone. Ideal for families. No more than 5mins walk down to shops, small beach and tavernas."

"This is a very nice villa with a lovely swimming pool. The location is very good with only a short walk into Katelios village where there are approximately a dozen restaurants all serving a good variety of dishes. The restaurants specialise in fresh fish dishes, which were delicious. This is a quiet resort and so if you require entertainment it is probably not the one for you. The villa is also only a short car ride from Kaminia beach, a lovely sandy unspoilt beach which shelves very gently into the sea. The beach was very quiet when we visited towards the end of June."

"We had a fantastic holiday in an excellent villa with first rate accommodation with a brilliant pool that the kids loved. Only minor gripe was need for couple of extra chairs for outside table - had to use the table/chairs from upstairs balcony. Other than that the holiday was first class with first class service and support."

"Hermera is the best villa we have ever stayed in. A lovely villa, beautifully equipped and with a fabulous swimming pool. The panoramic views of the mountains and sea are just stunning! Great location, private but just a few minutes walk to a great mini market and lovely places to eat. The owners are absolutely lovely and made us feel very welcome and looked after us so well. It was quite emmotional leaving at the end of our holiday."

"Our third time with James Villas and gets better each time . The photo didn't do the villa justice . There was so much space outside and the pool was amazing . The people who looked after the villa were superb . We lost count of the number of times they cleaned and changed the linen and towels . A really lovely and well kept villa in an excellent location ."

"Villa could do with a small plastic type table by the pool to put drinks on and a small table in the lounge by the settee to put drinks etc on . Although this comment is valid it really is nit picking as we found the villa excellent."
