"We had a great time - one of our best ever holidays. The villa, and particularly the pool, was excellent."

"The service at gatwick was good/easy checking in. james villa rep was there. car hire was good/friendly. rep - our Representative very informative and helpful. cleaner - maureen very friendly and efficient. pool and grounds were immaculate. departure at kefalonia airport was another experince perhaps you could look into improving this for your customers. reps from tour companys were getting everyone to queue outside in high temps for over 2hrs and letting a few people into airport at a time. the tour operators were running the airport i.e olympic/first choice/thomson. the fishing village of katelois is a gem and the villa alexandra is situated in a perfect location."

"great holiday, villa in fantastic location, but we missed having a dishwasher and the villa was smaller than other similarly priced villas we have rented in the past. Had problems with the pool but these were quickly resolved."

"The villas was excellent we did not meet our rep as there was a petrol strike but they had left us a note with a tel number if we needed anything the maid and the pool man was excellent in fact every thing about the villa and holiday was perfect we will definatly be returning to this villa thsnkyou for a lovely holiday"

"The villa was excellent - beautiful location, very peaceful, and very clean. Lovely to have towels and sheets changed half way through the week. Only complaint was that the cleaner arrived at our villa at 8.30am and started clean, when we were not due to vacate until 10am. this was uncomfortable and made us feel rushed. Cleaners should be told that 10am is the earliest they can start."

"The only inaccuracy in the brochure was that it didn't explain how absolutely breathtaking the views were from our villa. Two months later and I'm still raving about how stunning the views and the villa were! I'm sure we could have had a similar holiday a little cheaper, but as I said to my husband, you get what you pay for and the location and beautiful villa were worth every penny. Fiona, Brighton"
