"It would be useful to have an some additional entry keys and an additional garage key fob as with such a large group it is difficult managing with only one set. It would also be useful to have some more cooking utensils. Apart from that we were extremely pleased with the quality of the villa and how clean it was. It exceeded our expectations."

"The Villa was not don justice in the photo's as they were mock ups of what the eventual villa would like, the reality was the pool area and accomodation was excellent, the problem was the villa was literally being finished on our day of arrival. Once we gained entry we we're asked to give the owner more time to finish things of and this lead to initial disappointment. However, our Representative was excellent offered us alternatives but once we had a night sleep and had time to wonder around the villa on our own we found it was exceptional. The pool we lived by the two kitchens were well equipped and the whole time was excellent and we would return again. our Representative was superb incredibly apologetic, humble about the experience but went out of her way to put things right and she did. We have our 2nd holiday this year agian with James Villa and if it can be half as good as this one we will all be very very happy!"
