"I booked our holiday on the Wednesday for depaqrture on the Saturday and found the site so easy to use, when I contacted the staff I was treated with absolute professionalism and friendliness. Everything was handled with precission and other options for parking at Gatwick were explained. All the relevant travel documents were emailed to me within the next day, and even though i couldn't speak to the original rep I had booked through, the person I spoke to was able to pick up on my booking and complete my query. I anticipating something to go wrong because I had booked so late. But again thanks to all the instructions and directions given, went as smooth as anything. We are well impressed with Jamesvillas. Thank you for our holiday."

"While we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and have no complaints whatsoever, I think the following points would improve the enjoyment of future holidaymakers. * Directions to the Villa were good and read back OK. However at midnight in pitch black they could be improved at the one crtitical point. A small signpost at the same point would have been very helpful. Please note that we are no strangers to locating our villas on holiday. * The villa was reasonably stocked with crockery but just needed a little of everything. There were also no BBQ implements"

"We had a great holiday, the villa was lovely and clean. the directions to the villa were not as detailed as they could have been, however the rep was really helpful even at 1.30am!! The villa location was really good in terms of it being quiet and relaxing and the pool and grounds were great. I would say the only downside is that to get anywhere we needed to drive as althouhg the walking distances are not huge they are off the beaten track, there is no public transport and its up and down hill. We had a lovely stay and we would definately go back again."

"We had a wonderful week. The day before we arrived at Los Sanchez, the Nerja area had experienced the worst storm in living memory! We were warned by James' staff before we travelled which was excellent. We then arranged to meet our Representative in Nerja so he could take us the long way round to our villa (the storm had washed away the road we were supposed to use). I have to say that poor man had had an awful lot to put up with, but answered my phone calls and still managed to look cool and very presentable when we met him. And he was extremely courteous, friendly and professional. He is a credit to your company. Thank you we had a lovely time."

"i had the most perfect holiday and have already recommended it to my friends. i was in nerja for a wedding so many of my friend were there and saw the villa. they all said they wished that they had stayed in a villa instead of a hotel and that the best part of the holiday was when they came to visit me. the villa was excellent the only problem that i would mention is taxis wouldn't go up the road to it so it was a bit of a walk and that we had only one key so we struggled a bit when going out seperately. i will be booking another holiday with your company again and i am sure so will all my friends, thank you"

"I feel everything for my needs is covered by your holiday package. The cost of flights is sometimes out of proportion with direct booking, likewise with car hire but the villas are always clean and presentable and our stays have always been enjoyable. Also having the use of a rep in a foreign country is a plus in case of emergencies."
