Children staying at Parque da Floresta can enjoy the renowned Mark McCarrick soccer school, offering great entertainment during school holidays. Golf

	Parque da Floresta features an extensive range of golfing facilities. As well as the scenic and perfectly landscaped 18-hole course there are plenty more facilities to accompany this, including an excellent golf academy as well as a driving range, short game area and practice bunkers. Please note it is advisable to prebook golf between September and March. Due to golfing competitions the Parque da Floresta golf course will be closed on certain dates.

Tennis

	In the resort you will find 4 excellent, floodlit tennis courts. Courses and tuition are also provided with LTA professionals, who can help you to brush up on your skills as well as physical fitness. Junior players and beginners can also enjoy tailored tennis lessons.

Soccer school


	The Mark McCarrick soccer school located in Parque da Floresta has a great reputation and is extremely popular and well-loved by children visiting the resort. This 3 day course is open to children aged between 4 and 16, and combines a fun atmosphere with a great challenge. Please note that the soccer school is open mainly during school holidays. Gym and fitness

	A fitness centre is available in resort, offering a wide range of both cardiovascular and resistance equipment, as well as a selection of weights. Personal trainers and fitness assessors are on hand to help, and the centre also features a great exercise and relaxation studio. Guests can enjoy various fitness classes too. Please note the gym is closed between 12 - 4:30pm

	Parque da Floresta has its own bowls green, perfect for a few ends of fun! There are also some interesting walking trails around the resort for those who like a leisurely stroll!

Spa

	A visit to the Parque da Floresta spa will leave you feeling relaxed and revitalised for when you return home from holiday. Enjoy total relaxation and wonderful tranquillity in the pool, sauna or jacuzzi, or unwind by choosing one of the extensive range of treatments and massages. Parque da Floresta are now in exclusive partnership with the Elemis brand, promoting inner and exterior health. Please note the spa is closed between 1:30pm & 2:30pm and timings are subject to change.

Restaurant and bars

At Parque da Floresta, you don’t need to go far to enjoy a great meal with a choice of restaurants. You can experience a wide range of dishes from Italian to steaks and grilled meats, as well as traditional Mediterranean.

Kids' club

	There are plenty of activities for children at Parque da Floresta including a great kids club: the Floresta Fun Club for 3 to 12 year olds, which is open all year round. For older children, there is also a fantastic games area, providing arcade style games to keep 12 -16 year olds amused! Please note that the kids club runs subject to demand and requires a minimum of 5 children to operate and children will need to be registered at least 24 hours in advance.

Pool

	Parque da Floresta features a heated outdoor pool with parasols, sun-loungers, a poolside shower, as well as a poolside bar offering snacks and drinks. There is also an indoor pool at the Spa which is open and heated all year round. Children may use this pool, but only between 9:30am - 11am and 2:30pm - 4:30pm. Just a few minutes’ drive from the resort, you will also find the beautiful beach of Salema, a secluded bay with fine, golden sands backed by cliffs.
