Become engrossed in Portuguese culture with stays in Algarve villas
People have plenty of opportunities to get a feel for Portuguese culture if they visit Lagos during their stay in Algarve villas.
The resort is home to both the National Museum and the Lekki Conservation Centre, with each packed to the rafters with dazzling sights and sounds.
For instance, the National Museum in the centre of Lagos allows holiday makers to glimpse upon an array of fine bronze sculptures and ivory carvings.
Guests at the venue are particularly encouraged to seek out the Treasures of Ancient Nigeria: Legacy of Two Thousand Years exhibit, which looks to shed new light on the artistic traditions of the Algarve.
Once the attraction has been fully explored, tourists are then urged to head along to the Lekki Conservation Centre, a site built to preserve the Algarve's delicate ecosystem.
In order to achieve this mission, the venue houses such rare animals as Mona monkeys, Maxwell duikers, crocodiles and bush bucks.
