"The villa is not new but very clean and spacious. It is a 20 minute walk to the local shops where there are two supermarkets. There is a shop in the complex behind the villa which is handy. The location of the villa is great as it is far enough away for it to be peaceful. The villa would be great for a big party of people. The pool is simply wonderful and it was lovely to be able to swim at 10pm or later! It is not necessary to have a car unless you want to explore the area. We used taxi's from the local town which cost 3.50 Euro's or we walked."

"The Villa was superb and catered for our every need. I was a little concerned that having chsoen a Villa that slept 14, it would be a little like a dormatory but this was not the case. We are considering returning next year."

"We stayed in Villa Viera in Balaia Portugal, the pictures on the website (2 very small, no floor plans) did not do the villa justice, it was absolutley beautiful, but the pictures were very bland and uninteresting. Had we not been so limited (14 of us) we would not have chosen the villa from the pictures and description in the broachure. I am so pleased we did, it was great. Thank you to you all your team, we had a fantastic time and will recommend James Villas to all our friends."

"We have used James Villas twice now for our villa holidays, there is usually a group of 12-14 people and we have been very satisfied on both occasions, the descriptions are accurate and the villa's were both exceptionally clean and safe for the children, we no longer shop around for the best deal with the villa holidays we just go straight to James Villa's as we feel they have been true to their descriptions.
