Tuscany holidays 'a chance to rekindle romance'
Writing in the Times, Joanne Mott describes how a break in a Tuscany villa with her husband, Jack, was an ideal way to rediscover the fun of love, free of family commitments.
The Tuscany villa was located in a hilltop hamlet and had a "rustic charm" that was the perfect backdrop to picnics of wine, prosciutto, tomato and mozzarella, enjoyed on the terrace.
While going away without the children initially felt strange for the writer, she and her partner found they were easily adaptable.
"It was strange leaving them, but as soon as my husband Adam and I arrived in our vine-covered Italian villa, we felt completely relaxed," she notes.
