Tuscany holiday offers once-in-a-lifetime opportunity

Tuscany holiday makers with the cash can now make their own wine with the help of one of Italy's leading winemaker Roberto Cipresso.

Holiday makers can spend a whole day with the famous winemaker, during which time he will collect information about their ideal tipple, while a second meeting will allow visitors to taste prototypes that he develops.

The bottles created with be personalised and a memory book that documents the whole experience is included.

"After 25 years of serving wineries, this will be a new and exciting challenge for me. In essence, I will need to search deeply to create wines that will mirror individual lives based on personality," Mr Cipresso told Italy's Finest.

All this will take place in Montalcino, a world-famous wine production area in Tuscany.
