Sweetness of Tuscany revealed
Food is one of the region's most famous traditions and as well as being nice to eat, it also gives visitors a chance to enjoy themselves.
Pisa Dolcemente is an event that celebrates Tuscany's sweet tooth and is accessible to all the family.
Organised in partnership with the Slow Food Movement, the event takes place at the Stazione Leopolda in Pisa and is a celebration of all things sweet.
From chocolate to traditional cakes, the event has produce to satisfy everyone's desires and wine and coffee are available to wash it all down.
Tasting is very much part of the event and visitors to the area will not go hungry, including the children, who can take part in 'Leopolda Junior' an event with fun activities for the little ones and jazz concerts for entertainment.
But Tuscany offers much more then just great food, with museums, galleries and stunning natural beauty, holiday makers will not be short of entertainment.
