Singer counts Florence as most memorable destination
In an interview with the Daily Mail, the 40-year-old described Florence is a beautiful city with pretty cobbled streets, stunning buildings and lovely people.
She said: "I never fail to be amazed by the architecture and rolling landscape around the city."
The star, who is due to release a new single in August, said she also enjoys visiting the beach when she is in Tuscany.
She recommended a trip to Palme Mare, which is about 90 minutes away from Florence, on a warm summer afternoon.
And she said her ideal day would be spent "exploring, lounging and eating fish by the sea at Enoteca Marcucci".
Holiday makers eager to visit Florence and take a trip to the Tuscany coast could rent a villa in the hilltop village of Pomarance.
From here, the Etruscan coast is under an hour away by car, while Florence is also within driving distance for a memorable day trip.
