Found in the Giardino di Boboli, the museum houses objects from the history of several dynasties of Florence's most powerful and richest families, including the Medici, Lorena, Bourbon and Savoy clans.

The display cases of the building are full of all sorts of oddments and bits of crockery from these powerful groups and there is even a tiny sugar bowl in the shape of a turtle for visitors to keep a look out for.

One of the main attractions is the image of Napoleon Bonaparte which has been captured in porcelain for all to admire.

Florence is set in the beautiful and rural region of Tuscany with fine wine and food that can be enjoyed by anyone choosing to stay in a villa in the area.
