Golfing fun available under the Tuscan sun
Cortona, the setting for the popular book Under the Tuscan Sun, is a popular destination for those who rent a villa in Tuscany as they seek out its wealth of culture and art and now it is set to offer much more.
According to Welcome Tuscany, Corona is rare for a town in the region in the sense that its beauty can be seen for miles around, as it perches high on a hilltop, unlike many towns which are obscured by fortress-like walls.
Now Caribbean Residence Clubs has announced that holiday makers can also head to Cortona for a round of golf is a stunning setting.
The Manzano Golf Resort will cover around 200 acres and will include an 18-hole championship golf course designed by Gary Player Design.
