Enjoy the work of Jules Maidoff in Tuscany
The exhibition, entitled Art as Totum, comprises approximately 70 paintings, sculptures and drawings created by Maidoff over the last 15 years.
According to the Florentine, Maidoff's work focusses on people and their hopes, dreams, problems and fears.
An American artist, originally from New York, Maidoff also uses his paintings to capture his heritage, using strong and vibrant colours.
Mary Beckinsale, the current president of Saci, said Maidoff is an extraordinary artist.
"He is a very considerable artist with an undeniable way of painting. The human connections, the tragedies, they blend and begin to make sense," she told the publication.
An art lovers paradise, some of Tuscany's most popular galleries include the Uffizi Museum, the Palatine Gallery and the Academy Art Gallery.
