Enjoy a cheap villa holiday in Tuscany
To celebrate its second anniversary, the Alinari National Museum of Photography is offering free entrance until November 30th to make a Tuscany villa break even more affordable, according to the Florentine.
Organisers claim the Alinari is the world's most prestigious picture photo archive, museum and gallery. The tour begins with the year 1839 and the first daguerreotypes and ends with photos from modern day mobile phones.
The museum is the brainchild of Fratelli Alinari - the oldest photography firm in the world.
Holiday makers staying in the historical village of Castiglion Fiorentino, Arezzo, are ideally placed for a day trip to Florence.
Meanwhile, the beautiful village has numerous ancient buildings influenced by different cultures over the centuries and could provide the inspiration for your very own iconic photographs that may one day be housed in the museum.
