A Tuscany holiday offers modern and renaissance art
Visiting Pistoia will give holiday makers a chance to visit the moon in the well, a modern art work by Gianni Ruffi while on a day-out on a Tuscany holiday.
Leaving the Tuscany villa, visitors can take a trip to the town and see the reproduction of a well in which a crescent moon has been placed.
The art work is one of many modern art pieces to be found in this region of Italy that is best known for the Renaissance art and architecture to be found in Florence.
But a walk around the town centre represents an afternoon's entertainment and chance for holiday makers to explore away from their family villa in Tuscany.
Those looking for a more energetic afternoon can try hiking or mountain biking through the countryside while enjoying the warm Mediterranean temperatures synomous with a Tuscany villa holiday.
