'Go green' on a Tuscany villa holiday

Holiday makers renting a villa in Tuscany could visit Centro di Cultura Contemporanea Strozzina to see Green Platform between now and July 19th.

According to the Florentine, the exhibition takes the approach that environmental issues "must be understood not in isolation, but from within a psychological, philosophical, economic and social framework".

It will include a whole host of pieces by international artists who have tackled the subject of sustainability and alternative energy.

The newspaper relays there will be workshops and lectures, while documentaries on environment-related issues will also be showcased.

A Tuscany villa holiday not only allows holiday makers to visit a range of exhibitions and galleries, but to also get in touch with nature by exploring green pastures, rustic vineyards and olive groves on a vacation that really offers everything.
