'Experiment' with a Tuscany villa holiday
As part of Lus: Experiments Under the Tower, adults and children can learn while they play as the annual event explains complicated scientific concepts via a host of games and experiments to delight and dazzle visitors.
Held in the Vecchi Macelli area of Pisa between April 20th and May 24th, the event is not hosted by a group of crusty boring scientists but a team of young inventive scientists and researchers who introduce people of all ages and levels to the exciting world of science.
Adults and their children could even be selected to take part in demonstrations that reproduce the weird and wonderful aspects of daily life that only scientists can explain.
Lying less than an hour away from Pisa is the tranquil Tuscany village of Ghizzano, which offers the perfect place to relax, surrounded by stunning scenery.
